How we choose the solution

Every event is different.

No two events are the same. A conference in a hotel ballroom needs a different sound system from an outdoor concert, and a ceremony with a single speaker needs different preparation from an evening with several bands.

That is why we do not pick solutions from a catalogue. First we get to know the programme, the venue and the number of guests, then we propose the equipment and scope of services that suit your event — no more and no less than necessary.

You can book services individually or as a complete package. At most events they complement each other: technical planning lays the foundations, the sound system and microphones provide the equipment, and live sound mixing takes care of the sound on the day.

01 Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes. We prepare the sound system and equipment according to the size and type of the event.

02 Can you use the venue’s equipment?

Yes. If the venue has its own equipment, we check it before the event and use it or supplement it as needed.

03 Are you there for the whole event?

Yes. We are at the mixing console throughout the event and respond to whatever happens as it happens.

04 Can you provide audio for recording or live streaming?

Yes. By arrangement, we provide a separate audio feed for recording or live streaming and coordinate with the video crew.
